Winter 2010-2011
Click on the slideshow to get a taste of what mountain energy got up to last winter. We run basic winter skills and advanced winter skills courses in Scotland between January and April and will have something that you’re looking for. Once you’ve got a basic understanding of how to look after yourself, you’ll start to develop the confidence you need to safely enjoy the mountains in winter.
schools and youth groups
Mountain Energy run a range of trips and experiences for schools and youth groups. These carry from UK based expeditions and supporting Duke of Edinburgh’s Award expeditions to overseas trips. Our overseas challenges give young people a chance to work together, developing teamwork, leadership and enterprise skills. Tour expeditions go to the Pyrenees, Morocco and the Alps.
adventure holidays
Mountain Energy specialise in adventure expeditions to the Alps and Pyrenees. Why not try one of our classic walking routes with a group of family and friends. Contact us to find out about our snow shoeing holidays or our classic Tour of Mont Blanc. We offer short, 6 day packages for those pressed for time which include our Alpine sub-4000m peaks trip and the Walkers Haute Route from Chamonix to Zermatt.
